EverFans Content Moderation Policy

Last Updated: 19 May 2025

As part of our dedication to being a safe and welcoming creative environment for all Users, we have implemented certain content moderation controls. This policy explains when, why, and how we can moderate your Content, and how we respond to Content that violates any of our Policies. Please read it carefully, as it forms part of your contract with us.

Capitalized terms that are not defined herein have the same definitions as in our Terms of Service.

What Content is moderated on EverFans?

Our Terms of Service and other Policies explain what is and is not allowed on EverFans. We conduct automated reviews of and enable reporting for all Content (including text, image, video, and direct messages). In appropriate cases, we manually review flagged or reported Content.

Why does EverFans moderate Content?

We are dedicated to keeping EverFans a safe and fun environment for everyone. To protect our community, we may, but we are not obligated to, moderate Content to ensure it complies with our Terms of Service and other Policies. We have implemented content moderation controls to ensure, among other things, that:

  • Users have appropriate rights to Upload Content;
  • Uploaded Content depicts only adults;
  • Users are treating one another respectfully;
  • Hate, discrimination, violence, and harassment stay off the Platform;
  • Adult Content is visible only to adults who want to view it.

How does EverFans moderate Content?

We use a combination of automated tools and human moderation to check that Content is allowed under our Policies. Content that has been flagged is queued for review by our moderation team, which takes appropriate action in light of apparent violations.

EverFans is a platform for Creators of all kinds of Content, some SFW and some NSFW. Nevertheless, all Users must be adults in order to use the Platform. Creators undergo KYC via our third-party partner Ondato, and non-Creator Users are subject to other age verification controls (see Terms of Service, Section 2).

Our automated technologies include tools that detect and block from publication banned keywords, terms, and images/videos. Additionally, image and text scanning tools help prioritize flagged Content for our human moderators’ review.

While we employ robust internal moderation controls, we are first and foremost a community. Users can and should report Content that they believe in good faith violates our Policies. Every piece of Content has a report button next to it, and our support team intakes and responds to content reported to [email protected]. Additionally, Users can block one another directly, without the need to escalate the matter to EverFans.

What happens if inappropriate Content is Uploaded to or moderated by EverFans?

If a User Uploads Content that violates our Policies, we may:

  • Take appropriate action against the Content, including deleting, deactivating, or disabling access to same;
  • Issue a warning;
  • Suspend the account holder from using EverFans;
  • In severe and appropriate cases, permanently ban the account holder from EverFans.

Serious or repeated violations of our Policies may result in suspension or termination of the User’s account(s), and a permanent ban on creating new accounts.

Illegal Content will be removed upon discovery and, as appropriate, reported to appropriate authorities. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Attempting to create and/or upload CSAM is prohibited by law and our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. In addition to our other content moderation and removal controls, we report known CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, or other local authorities as appropriate.
